Education programs for every staff member are offered – to sharpen your current skills or be able to gain new skills. Education programs include Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Computer Software Application classes, public speaking and many more. Additionally, tuition reimbursement programs are offered for those staff members who wish to continue their education (certain requirements must be met).

An in-depth orientation program developed for various facility employees including Directors of Nursing, Nurse Assessment Coordinators, Charge Nurses, Staff Nurses, Nurse Aides, Rehabilitation Staff, Dietary Professionals, Directors of Admissions, Staff Development and Infection Control Nurses. The goal of this program is to help new staff adjust to the expectations and routines of their position, and to ensure they are aware of all resources available to them.
